![]() To top it off, the nut was cut properly too. The ends were done nicely, and they didn't slice up your hand at all. I was able to get it down to about 1/32'' while still being able to bend a full step on every fret. This is vital to achieving low action without fretting out. The frets were amazingly level and had a perfect crown to them. The guitar features a mahogany body with a maple top, mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard, 22 frets, trapezoid inlays, pickguard, binding, hard tail bridge, two humbuckers, two volumes, two tones and a three way switch. ![]() However, they're not nearly as expensive as some of the higher end models for whatever reason. These are Classics, but they feature a nicer top than most other models that Gibson offers. If you're looking for a good looking Gibson at a more affordable price, you'll want to check out the Premium Plus models.
